Printed with Boots and Saddles #1 before separation. When examined parts of each one's cover can be seen on the other. It is probable that the entire six issues from Metropolitan were printed as one then separated. The other five Metropolitan books were sold bagged for a time as per an ebay photo. Distribution of Talullah #2 is not known although other sets containing all six may have been sold together.
