There is no mention of Nostalgia, Inc. as the publisher of the issue. However, it definitely is an issue published by Don Maris, as the inside front cover says, "THE CONTENTS OF THIS MAGAZINE ARE COPYRIGHTED BY DON MARIS 1975".

This was the first issue of a projected series, but it is the only issue that ever saw print.

The back cover showing the Big Red Cheese coming through the wall of a bank came from a Capt Marvel Coloring book I owned."
