The uncommon dual country printer designation "Printed in Canada and the USA" is detailed by Graphitti Design's Bob Chapman, "There are two editions of this book: the Marvel/Epic trade hardcover and then the Graphitti Designs signed, limited-edition hardcover. We were involved in the design, production and printing of both editions. The Marvel edition was 100% manufactured in Canada. The Graphitti Designs edition (if I recall correctly), had production elements happening in both countries. I know the interior sections for both editions were printed by Quebecor (in Canada) at the same time. We added an 8-page section as well as the signature page to our edition… and that was done in the States."
