Haw! Haw! This is rich!!
Mr. Smith buys a houseboat and gets a job impersonating wealthy Lord Axford. Mr. Bailey puts up an office "Complaint and Suggestion Box". Smitty wins over miserly Old Man Pinch and teaches him the value of Christmas and family. Mr. Bailey remodels the office and installs an office swimming pool. Mr. Bailey and Smitty travel to a remote island for peace and quiet and must pose as natives to keep a yacht-load of rich tourists at bay. As Mr. Bailey lays low after his colleagues see embarrassing film of him in his native disguise, Smitty is named temporary boss of the office.
