Novick is credited to G.I. Joe on both pencils and ink in 1950-54 by Jerry Bails' Who's Who, but the inking here must be by someone else, as it is not like his credited inking on Johnny Cloud in DC's "All-American Men of War". Those are much more thin penlines than these heavier brushlines.
