The Atlantic fleet steams past Sandy Hook for maneuvres.
Mystico receives a mental warning, alerting the Navy from test firing its big guns. But when they do, against Mystico's advice, a large sea creature arises out of the water and destroys the ships. After the same thing happens to Army guns along a beach, the man behind the creature escapes from a mental institution and then controls the beast to wreak havoc.

The curator of the Metropolitan Museum delivers an important address!
The Carson Circus sends Powers to Angola to find rumored giants as an attraction. The rival Trans-American Circus hires Peters to beat him to the giants. Peters arrives first, and befriends a pygmy tribe who will help him capture giants. The pygmies capture Powers and his girlfriend and plan to behead them, but the giants attack while the village guards are distracted. As a reward, their chief sends two men back with Powers for the circus.
