Five stories near the center that appear to not have been published by Goodman/Atlas in the US, where all of these stories and properties originated, have continuous numbering from pages 2-26. The four last stories were first published in Rawhide Kid 15 of July 1957 but do not maintain the numbering from the original printing. In the US, each story in Rawhide Kid 15 had its own page numbering.
