Merrano (named in Saga of the Sub-Mariner #2)
Namor’s mother introduces him to his cousin Namora, who has recently returned to their undersea kingdom with her father. Namor shuns her, however, preferring his male friends, but when he becomes trapped while playing in a sunken submarine, his old friends abandon him, and it’s Namora who comes to his rescue.

Saga of the Sub-Mariner #2 reaffirms that Namor is 15 when he meets Namora. However, a flashback cameo in The Order #6 (2002) states that he is 14.

Namora's first appearance was in Marvel Mystery Comics #82. They were depicted as adults, and meeting for the first time. Her name was Aquaria Nautica Neptunia, changing it to Namora (Avenging Daughter) after her father's murder. There was no mention of them being cousins.
Here, she is introduced to Namor, by Fen, as Namora.
