D'Mer almost commits suicide due to his previous conditioning by Emeris.

Synopsis: Seren and Galahad are on their way to the Headquarters when they are warned by the Irishai that they are walking into a trap set by the Hierarchy's troops. In order to prevent the other rebels from being captured and mind probed, Seren, Galahad, Minetti, Chris and Brent seal them in and kill them. One of the rebels shoots and kills Chris.
