Bugged by Jerry and Tuffy's lively indoor activities during a rainy day, Tom gives them a model airplane kit to busy themselves with - quietly. The mice cannibalize an old alarm clock's workings and springs to build a makeshift motor for their mini-plane, and endlessly annoy Tom with their pesky aerial antics.
