On vacation in Mexico, a guide takes Elby and Napoleon to an ancient pyramid. Despite a warning, Elby decides to scamper up the pyramid with a lunch basket. The basket becomes larger with each step and his breathing becomes more laboured. Eventually he is carried down on a stetcher.
