The stone age people follow Turok and Andar in search of a campsite safe from dinosaurs. The mesa seems ideal, but a huge gorilla (King Kong-sized) lives there. The tribespeople are frightened by him. Turok and Andar confront him, and drive him from the mesa.

Lotor the Raccoon; Keenah (his mate); an Allosaurus
Still sleepy at daybreak, Lotor the raccoon...
Lotor the father raccoon must provide food for his mate and their youngsters. Hungry Allosaurus stands between him and the bounty of the frog swamp. He slips through, and finds a frog, but Allosaurus charges. Lotor escapes, but loses his prey. On the way home, empty-handed, he finds a clutch of freshly laid eggs left by Mrs Allosaurus. A feast for his family!
