Noticed something in this story and the Skyman story in this issue: villains yelled out the name "Sapristi" (once in Skyman and twice in Spy-Chief) whenever the hero was coming after them. The likelihood of different writers using this same odd phrase is 100-1. Since Fox wrote the Skyman story in the issue, he probably also wrote this particular story.

The story is clearly signed by Bailey in the 6th panel of page 6.
