Peter follows the thug right into the FEAST building where he finds Aunt May volunteering at Martin Li's homeless relief operations. Badly in need of some cash, Peter heads to the Daily Bugle not knowing that Jonah is in the midst of handling a buyout crisis. When J. Jonah Jameson refuses to pay Peter, Pete lays into him and watches as Jameson has a heart attack.

At the alloted time, Spidey and Wolverine save a man from a pack of Mayan warriors who are trying to kill him. Spidey wraps the warriors up for the local police, who attempt to arrest him.
