Flash Lightning is re-named Lash Lightning in this story.

This is due to the consent decree issued by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York in the lawsuit "All-American Comics, Inc. against Ace Magazines, Inc., Kable News Company, Interborough News Company and Aaron Wyn", dated January 23, 1941. In the decree, Ace agreed to cease using Flash in any of their comic titles following the April 1941 issues of Ace Magazines (from Wayne Smith, posted to the Facebook page, Comics History Exchange, 29 March 2018).

Catalog of Copyright Entries confirms this was the first issue released (June 3, 1941) after the previous issue, which was released in April 2, 1941.
