Hilo; D.J.; Gina; Polly [Pollandra Pack Wallace Brimdale Korimako]; Lisa; Beamer; Dr. Horizon

They are the only robots who feel emotions, but Razorwark wants to destroy humans, while Hilo protects them. Gina fears that the world will soon know of Hilo's nature, and also fears that he could be dangerous inadvertently... which D.J. refuses to believe. Hilo confesses to D.J. that he is often afraid, except that he knows D.J. will always come to help him. As more and more portals open around town the team spreads out, using Hilo's devices to send the monsters back.
