Synopsis: Hawk broadcasts his interrogation of Scarlett across the pit. She is facing a court-martial, and execution, if found guilty. She argues that Cobra exists and is a danger. Duke urges her to give up Snake Eyes, but she refuses. She contacts Snake Eyes, and he throws the phone across the room. He heads to Seattle, and meets up with Mainframe. Ace brings Cover Girl to the base. Shipwreck takes down a new ship, runs into trouble, and is saved by Cover Girl. The Fobbits investigate the robots that attacked. The robots blow up.

Synopsis: Cobra breaks the Baroness out, and takes Rory, Glynis, and Destro hostage. Flint watches the Destro's castle be evacuated. Duke, Cover Girl, Six Gun; and Beach Head join him. Mainframe explains how he left the Joes, the danger he's been in, and Snake Eyes convinces him to help him decipher Mandrilobus' hard drive. He's excited to hear it's about Cobra. They go to visit a potential server. Hawk interrogates Stalker about Scarlett.

He finds the same dust Snake Eyes sent to Scarlett. Snake Eyes and Mainframe fight off attackers at the server farm. Mainframe finds Cobra's information storage: a bio-storage data tank. He he saves some and calls the Joes for an evacuation as a bomb is dropped on them.

Synopsis: A bomb is dropped on Sprinfield, Illinois. The evac team arrives, and find Mainframe and Snake Eyes. Mainframe explains that the tornado was just a cover-up. Scarlett overpowers Downtown and escapes. Tunnel Rat is ordered to search the base for her. Brainstorm continues his investigation. Destro and Mindbender fight; the Baroness breaks them up. Destro transports a man, but he disintegrates. Lab-rat investigates the data storage goop. It crashes the Pit's systems.

Synopsis: The Baroness is mad that the M.A.S.S. device vaporized another agent. Destro kills Rory to show his loyalty. He gives the Baroness his surveillance of the Pit, and plans a kidnapping. The Pit's systems are restored. Mainframe is interrogated, the charges against him are dropped. Snake Eyes is in surgery. Tunnel Rat tracks Scarlett, but lets her go. She turns herself in, is freed, and goes to find Snake Eyes, only to find him gone. The team from Destro's castle returns. Snake Eyes visits the Hard Master in New York.
