Major Art Moore
As Moore nears his fiftieth combat mission, after which he can return home, the pressure starts to get to him, causing friction with his less experienced crew. His superiors offer him the chance of leave, but he turns them all down. After mission fifty, he volunteers for ten more, so he can help out a new crew.
