Sandra's father sends her to a stamp auction to bid on the famed Piedmont Collection of rare Haitian stamps. Although she loses the bidding, the winner has his pocket picked of his cash and Sandra wins by default. When her purse is picked on the way home, Phantom Lady decides to investigate.
