They have 10 years to evacuate the 20 billion people from every planet, or find a way to stop the cloud. Maj. Tomorrow leads a crew to investigate the coming cloud, and Maj. Vurian's team seeks a new world on which to relocate. Though the effort is a secret, word somehow leaks to the media.
