A Kryptonian Flame-Dragon makes its way to Earth. When it swallows a Red Kryptonite meteor Superman must stay away from the Flame-Dragon for fear the Red Kryptonite will affect him also. Superman tricks it into exhausting its flame, then freezes it and tosses it into space. He tricks Lois Lane by relying on Krypto, Batman, and Supergirl to protect his secret identity.
