Character(s):
Donald Duck; Huey, Dewey and Louie; Soapy Slick; Uncle Scrooge; Barko
Synopsis:
A magazine's picture story about Scrooge reminds Soapy Slick, an old Alaskan money lender, of an I. O. U. that Scrooge gave him in 1898—at 100 percent interest, every month, compounded forever. Scrooge has a receipt for the debt, and carries it with him to Alaska for the trial of Soapy's lawsuit. Soapy is on the plane, too, and in a tussle, the flight bag falls through a window and lands near a river.
