Downtown...As three crooks are loaded into the police-wagon -- destination: Jail!
Mickey and Goofy are secretly recruited into Police International to take over for Pumpkin-3. After an intensive training period they are sent to investigate the new Predictor Machines' predictions. By accident they discover that the Predictor is being fed its predictions, and the latest one that gets Venice evacuated is so a gang can steal an invisibility device that is being presented to the Science Congress. Super Secret Agent Mickey foils the criminals plans and captures the gang.
