Vitamin warns Tracy that T. V. Wiggles plans to kidnap Sparkle Plenty. Tracy and Sam foil the kidnapping and chase Wiggles to a newspaper printing plant where Tracy and Wiggles fight. Tracy is trapped in a coal chute but rescued by Sam. Wiggles commandeers one of the underground trains and heads down a tunnel, believing that his escape is less than a mile away but finds himself trapped in a dead-end tunnel.

I don't know where I am!
T. V. Wiggles escapes Tracy by hiding in a carload of cinders but almost suffocates when another load of cinders is dumped on him. He manages to survive until the truckload with him in it is dumped at the landfill. Bruised and battered from the fall, he attempts to force Bubbles, a lady wrestler and former friend to hide him from the police. Instead, she calls Tracy. Angry at being betrayed, Wiggles buys a rifle and plans to kill Bubbles at a live wrestling match.
