Synopsis:
Rughead disguises himself as a woman in order to slip past the police. Tracy has Junior make a plaster copy of Rughead from descriptions and comments given by Sparkle and Wingy. Two of Rughead's old associates recognize him and capture him in hopes of stealing his ill-gotten gains. Rughead gains the upper hand on his captors, but his actions attract the attention of the police. Tracy and Sam pursue Rughead to a culvert. Because of curve in the pipe, Tracy uses a camera on a floating plank to determine Rughead's position. A stray bullet finds its mark, and the dead criminal is pulled out.
