Synopsis:
Tracy meets a young girl who is unknowingly creating diversions for pick-pockets, one of whom is her father.
When Shoulders injures Themesong with a lamp, her father goes to her aid and is killed by Shoulders. Tracy uses his two-way radio to broadcast messages to Themesong's radio to get her to talk to the police. Tracy is lured to an apartment, where he is injured. Shoulders shoots Themesong and flees. Attempting to leave in a private plane, Shoulders crashes into a gasoline storage tank. Themesong is taken to a hospital where doctors are able to save her life.
