To save young Benton from mad professor Gregg, The Mirror Man becomes visible...
Mirror Man saves young Benton from the clutches of the evil Professor, but takes a bullet in the should doing so. Benton assists him to a mirror, through which the hero passes, rests and recovers from his wound. After Gregg is jailed, Alder is informed of young Tommy Britt being cheated out of money at the Cattail Club, so Mirror Man takes a hand before Tommy's brother Bob takes on the thugs at the club alone.

This burning oil is closing in on us --
Having rescued the daughter of Professor Walters, whose death ray is in the possession of the villainous Glove and his gang, the Triple Terror are happy to have recovered the radium stolen by the Glove, even though the inventor was murdered by the Glove's men. When Diana points out that Mario was somehow involved with the Glove, the theft of the invention and the murder of her father, the Triple Terror vow to return the stolen radium, capture the Glove and Mario, and destroy the Glove's island hideout.
