First Line:
When the bull apes refused to join his jungle army, Tarzan turned away.
Synopsis:
When the great apes refuse to join Tarzan's fight, Bohgdu, their king and an old ally of Tarzan, abdicates and follows his friend. As they leave a lion and his mate stand ready to attack a trio of baby apes. Tarzan leaps upon the back of the lioness and there is an almighty tussle, during which she sinks her fangs into Tarzan's arm.
