Synopsis:
A broke Bill rubs a lamp and a genii emerges, but his wishes go awry. Bill wakes up--it was all a dream. He gets a job building "battleships and such" at a war plant.

This story is still set in the Bill Bumlin fantasy universe, where all the men have little angel wings. In Tip Top Comics v9 1 (97) (July 1944), the strip changes to a "realistic" setting and becomes a more conventional situation comedy.
