I know -- I know we've been in bigger potholes than this.
With his abilities gone, Norman Osborn makes a deal with Harrow that will put him in charge of the Hood's underworld army in exchange for the drainer and tech info on the Iron Patriot armor. Mockingbird arrives with a quinjet and snatches her allies. Luke, however, is having a heart attack so the team takes him to the Night Nurse who cannot do anything for him. The only thing that may be able to help his dire condition is Norman's new power drainer so Luke covers his team's escape by surrendering to Osborn and passing out. Loki gives the Hood the Norn Stones to act as his new power source.

Avengers [Captain America [Bucky Barnes]; Spider-Man; Ms. Marvel [Carol Danvers]; Spider-Woman [Jessica Drew]; Ronin [Clint Barton]; Luke Cage; Mockingbird]
The doctors said he woke up 22 minutes ago.
Norman Osborn has saved Luke Cage from dying of a heart attack and sweetens the deal by promising that if he turns over the location of the Avengers, his wife and baby daughter will avoid prosecution. The Avengers gather a band of Luke's closest and most powerful friends and, while one team attacks Camp HAMMER as a diversion, the rest invade Norman's helicarrier and rescue Cage. Luke is reunited with his family and friends but little do they know that Norman has planted a bug in Cage's heart to track his location.

A'ight, where's my baby?
The Avengers have rescued Luke Cage but discover that Norman has had a homing device placed directly on Luke's heart. Hank Pym and Dr. Strange shrink small enough to enter Luke's body and try to remove the device, which also contains a bomb. As Norman and his Avengers follow the tracker to capture Cage once again, the signal leads to Norman's summer home which blows up. Luke is reunited with his family and begins to think twice about his heroic exploits. The Hood returns to his cabal, kills Harrow and tells them that they now work directly for Osborn. Norman commands them to kill the Avengers.
