With New Orleans devastated, cut off, and occupied, M.A.R.S. Patrol gathers the remnants of other forces and starts guerrilla war from a lumber camp, operated by Joe's uncle, in the bayous. They strike back aided by Lisa Kane, who insists that in total war, women too must fight. Guerrillas blow up the enemy transport base and attack, paving the way for airborne to recapture the city.
