"Reprinted by popular demand". Anachronistic reference: Jerry and Tuffy get wise to Tom’s radar surveillance because he is watching TV at some point during daylight hours. Jerry: “It’s too early in the day for television broadcasts… the stations aren’t operating yet!” In late 1952, when the original story was published, this was apparently true. By 1970 (the 1960s, actually), most TV stations still didn’t broadcast 24 hours per day, but they were all broadcasting during regular daylight hours, and into the after-midnight hours.
