Admiral Nodope (villain, introduction, death); Fooey (villain, introduction); Japanese (villains, many deaths)
After the attack on Pearl Harbor the Japanese send a carrier with planes to bomb San Francisco. Torch and Toro destroy all the planes but one and trail it back to the carrier. Toro wants to sink the carrier but Torch has them stowaway aboard Admiral Nodope's ship in order to free the imprisoned marines. Torch and Toro scuttle the carrier and Nodope's superior demands he stop the escaping marines. Torch melts the American steel over the Japanese and burns the snipers alive in their perches and the marines board a boat for home. As they go, Torch leaves a flaming 'V' in the sky above Japan.
