Supermouse (intro & origin); Minerva Churchmouse; Ratface Remba [also once as Rat-Face Remba] and his gang (villains)
Two scientists create a liquid distillate of lightning, thunder, concentrated sun atoms, and a teaspoon of sugar. Later, a mouse dunks his cheese in the liquid before eating it. He discovers he can fly and has super-strength. He decides to dedicate his powers to a war on crime -- and cats! Using his super-vision, the mouse locates a costume shop and creates his Supermouse uniform. He turns on the radio and learns that a wealthy young heiress named Minerva Churchmouse has been kidnapped and is being held for $400,000,000.17. Supermouse ultimately captures the gang and recovers the money.
