Some of the faces on page two, and of the slaver, look like Blum's work, but uncertain. He worked on Crown Comics. Heames is credited on inking this feature by Jerry Bails' Who's Who, and it looks a bit like his signed story in # 6, but uncertain, as the printing is not as clear here.

The artwork here is identical to Feldstein's signed Mickey story in issue #7, and to note is the faces with thin inklines on the cheeks of Mickey, and on his hair. Also the saggy "wet" look of folds in clothing.

Baker is credited on pencil on this feature by Jerry Bails' Who's Who, and his faces with creepy eyes are not to be mistaken. The inking could be Feldstein, when looking at the folds in clothing. He is also credited on inking the Ace story in issue #7.

Inside back cover. Credits per Bolle, "Interview with Frank Bolle" (https://web.archive.org/web/20130510042527/http://www.frankbollestudio.com/frank_bolle_interviews.htm): "I had some samples I did for a little tiny outlet called Crown Comics [sic; title of series published by McCombs] where I wrote some stories and I started out by doing a filler — they had a 48-pager but they had space in the back, so they needed a one-page story. I said, 'If you need it Monday, I'll bring it in on Monday', and I wrote a cute little story and they printed it on the back and that was my first sample."
