Synopsis:
Richie helps his friend Johnny build a car for the soap box derby, for which the winner will win a college scholarship. He then learns that Mr. Rich has purchased a car for Richie for the same race - the best such car that money can buy and one that is sure to win the race. How can Richie enter the race and still help his friend get the scholarship money?
