Originally credited to Fred Guardineer and Joe Certa ?, but Guardineer has people and horses with very tiny eyes, and his gunholsters are plain without straps, as Certa has two straps across. So this story is by Joe Certa, with his really bad bad-guy faces often showing their teeth in sideview. Guardineer can be seen in #20.
