Assigned to a four-week intensive training course, Captain Savage and his Leatherneck Raiders suddenly begin to wonder...
An American gun-runner based on a small island is selling weapons to the Japanese-sympathizing guerillas in Burma, and he is the spitting image of Simon Savage. Savage is made to shave off his beard and moustache, and he then leads his raiders to the island to arrest his lookalike.
