Old multi-millionaire Biltybux is trying to get rid of all his wealth!
Synopsis:
Biltybux earns more money than he gives away, to his chagrin. When he and Bombo are rejected by military recruiters,they decide to contribute to the war effort by buying "defense bonds," encouraging others to do the same, and contributing to various military-related charities. The plan works too well: Biltybux is down to his last million, then gets an income tax bill for $2 million. He and Bombo convince the Army to allow to "work out the balance" of his debt as soldiers.
