Synopsis:
Discusses a commemorative stamp for Georgia's Stone Mountain Memorial - a statue “so large that a man can actually stand in the open mouth of General Lee’s horse. The General’s nose is five feet long”. Also highlighted: The United States Postal Service Philatelic Sales Unit, Israel’s 1971 Pidyon HaBen coin, and a Montana statehood commemorative medal honoring classic film star Gary Cooper.
