Synopsis:
Gene recovers from a two-man quack medicine show the life savings of a cripple who just wants to work again, after his boy, Bill, protests the swindle over bad goods. Bill helps Gene investigate the show for robberies done, leads Gene to the site of a crime in progress, knocks the gun from the Indian's hand after two shots, one that hit his partner, Doc, in his fat belly, to no effect. The culprits flee, are found, Bill touches Doc's belly, Gene finds it is a sack of stolen cash, Bill gets the reward, and his lame dad can now afford the operation to get better so he can work again.
