Synopsis:
Porky's pocket is picked, resulting in the loss of his wallet containing his money and passport, just as he and Cicero are about to board a homebound cruise ship. He gets a job as an assistant in the kennel on the ship, hoping to find the culprit, but gets framed in a scheme to steal a pearl necklace.
