The Beagle Babes walk along singing a song that only the unique writing style of Vic Lockman could have given them: "Oh, we Beagle Babes three, are a barrel fulla tee-hee!"

The TV series DuckTales offered its own incarnation of The Beagle Babes, this time as adult female Beagle bandits, in the 1989 episode "The Good Muddahs". In accordance with DuckTales' practice of "naming" all their Beagle characters, the Beagle Babes were called Bouffant, Babydoll, and Boom-Boom Beagle.

Mickey and Goofy are touring a remote section of faraway land in a helicopter.
As tourists flying over the remote Dukedom of Despondia, Mickey and Goofy's helicopter is fired upon by soldiers who are pursuing a young girl. The girl, Tina, lives inside a free and independent walled city within the greater dukedom. Dispensing with a long-ago treaty between the city and Despondia, the dukedom's soldiers hold the population of the walled city prisoners within the walls. To make matters worse, the city is sinking into the Earth with no way for the residents to escape. With their helicopter disabled, Mickey and Goofy are also prisoners of the ever-sinking city.
