Synopsis: Rhodes, Vincent and Kasper Cole confront Josiah X. Rhodes had derailed the money train to lace the money with special ink that so he can track those connected with the 66 Bridges gang. Josiah is found to have handled the tainted money, but the ink comes from donations to the mission dropped off by gang members. They also uncover the secret that Josiah is connected to the Super Soldier program. The group begin to take down those tainted by the money.
