A story full of suggestions. The wobblies act, but are never seen (only their eye shining in the dark), and what they'll do to a person caught is only suggested, never spoken outright – but it is something violent, as we find out when Andy dresses the wobbly stealing his hat in his (Andy's) clothes, of which Ann finds only fragments, after the other wobblies have done whatever they do to the hapless hat-stealer ... a very scary story playing on the fear of all things unseen.
