Richie has recreated an old town on land he owns at "Ghost Gulch". The construction workers returning from the work complain that the place is spooky and are visibly shaken. Dressed in cowboy garb, Richie and Cadbury travel there to check it out. Once there, they see signs warning outsiders to keep out and have near miss accidents with a rolling boulder and falling lumber. Cadbury thinks he sees a ghost and becomes frightened, but Richie is not phased. That is, until he turns around and sees... (continued in Part 2)
