Synopsis:
Heckle and Jeckle find themselves tending a farm of non-conformist animals. The cow wants to give green milk. The duck wants to lay square eggs, and the chickens (perhaps, rather painfully) want to lay nuts and bolts and costume jewelry. ...And what happens once they do?

Tribute or Coincidence? The duck wanting to lay square eggs (which it actually does) recalls another story involving ducks and square eggs - Carl Barks' "Lost in the Andes" (1949), perhaps the most famous funny animal story of all. https://www.comics.org/issue/7367/#70916 Coincidence most likely, but a reference by Jim Tyer or his writer (Tom Morrison?) is always possible.
