Elmer is in a pickle… He doesn’t have any carrots…

Desperate to serve his guests his own special “gourmet carrots”, rather than the store-bought variety, he costumes himself as a starving rabbit to get his carrots back with a sob-story. Bugs immediately sees through the ruse, thanks to Elmer’s trademark speech impediment, but gives him the carrots anyway. Oh, and just costumed-Elmer's luck, rabbit season has just opened.
