Synopsis:
As Gotham City is declared a No Man's Land by the U.S. government, the people that still reside there begin to scavenge and steal from one another. Tribes and gangs form for protection, including the Gotham City Police Department. There is no power, little supplies, and even less hope. Worse, no one has seen Batman in 93 days. All believe he has given up on Gotham. But then who is the mysterious, costumed vigilante who is marking gang territory with a bat-shaped symbol?
