Disclose Notes: DYNAMIC COMICS No. 8. Published bi-monthly by DYNAMIC PUBLICATIONS, 420 DeSoto Avenue, St. Louis 7, Mo. Editorial and executive offices, 163 West 23rd Street, New York City. Harry "A" Chesler, Jr., publisher (on leave with U.S. Army); Gaspano Ricca, Art Director; Phil Sturm, Editor (on leave with U.S. Army). Application for second-class entry pending at the Post Office at St. Louis, Mo. Single copies 10c, Yearly subscription $1.00.

Estimates of the date have been given as either 1942 (Keltner) or 1944 (Heritage). No date is present anywhere on the issue, and all other full-size Chesler publications resume in 1944, with the exception of his partnership (of some sort) with Lev Gleason on Captain Battle Comics (Chesler / Dynamic, 1942 series) #3, which was probably released in Winter 1942 and no later than 1943. The 1944 publication date is likely for this issue, bringing it nearer to the publication of issue #9 (1944).

Jerry Bails’ Who’s Who lists Gus Ricca as not having done covers for Chesler until 1944, indicating further that 1944 is the probable year of this comic book's publishing.
